Established in the year 1952, Bijapur Lok Sabha Constituency is a constituency in the state of Karnataka, India. Karnataka has 28 Lok Sabha seats, and Bijapur is one of them. And as of 2019, there are 1795931 registered voters in the parliamentary constituency. Ramesh Jigajinagi of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is the current MP for the constituency. In the 2024 Indian General Election Ramesh Jigajinagi won the Lok Sabha seat by defeating H.R. Algur (Raju) of the Indian National Congress (INC).
