The Odisha Assembly Elections for 147 seats were conducted simultaneously with the Indian General Elections. The Naveen Patnaik-led Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has been rolling the state for the past 25 years, and the BJP is in opposition. Before the result is declared, Axis My India has conducted an exit poll, in which it has come to light that the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) is doing well in this election, and the BJP has a vote share of 42 percent with a jump of 10 percent from 32 percent, and the BJP has a decrease in vote share from 44 to 42 percent, and Congress is getting a vote share of 12 percent. So as per the vote share, both parties (BJP and BJD) can form a government. And coming to seats, BJD and BJP are getting seats in between 62 and 80 out of 147 seats, and Congress is getting 5-8 seats. So anyone between the BJP and BJD can form the government.

In the 2019 Odisha Assembly Election, Biju Janata Dal got 112 seats, Bharatiya Janata Party got 23 seats, and Congress got 9 seats.

And in the Odisha Lok Sabha Election, as per the Axis My India Survey, the Bharatiya Janata Party is getting seats in between 18 and 20 seats, and the Biju Janata Dal is getting 0–2 seats in Odisha. And if we discuss vote share, the BJP is getting a vote share of 51 percent and the BJD is getting a vote share of 33 percent in the Indian general election. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Election, BjD won 12 seats, the BJP won 8 seats, and the Congress won 1 seat. The exit poll is based on the opinions of 5.8 lakh people spread across 543 seats.

Hot Seats in Odisha
There are two hot seats in Odisha, Sambalpur and Puri, in which union minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Bharatiya Janata Party National Spokesperson Sambit Patra are contesting. And as per the survey, both BJP leaders are leading and winning their respective Lok Sabha seats.
