Tumkur Lok Sabha Constituency

Established in the year 1951, Tumkur Lok Sabha Constituency is a constituency in the state of Karnataka, India. Karnataka has 28 Lok Sabha seats, and Tumkur is one of them. And as of 2019, there are 1608000 registered voters in the parliamentary constituency. V. Somanna of the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) is the current MP for the constituency. In the 2024 Indian General Election V. Somanna won the Lok Sabha seat by defeating S. P. Muddahanumegowda of the Indian National Congress (INC).
